Right, but this is about setting a minimum standard for it to be classified as broadband. For an average individual 100Mbps is high speed internet.

I always thought the no hats rule was really stupid. The teachers enforcing the rule was more distracting from the lesson than someone wearing a hat.
Not sure if it’s the same in Canada, but the US has an insane amount of people who pay for cable still, even in areas with high speed internet. I honestly don’t understand how people like it, especially with how expensive it is. It’s even worse if they have satellite and it cuts out during storms.
It’s the only way Reddit is even usable since they removed the third party apps.
