Gog.com is always worth a look. I found a functional copy of Sid Meiers Alpha Centauri there.

It’s nice over here, it’s not the same 15 questions across subs every 3 days. It’s not the same recycled stories ad nauseam. And, there’s more Gowron.
Remember, Bioware started as a love project for DND. Baldurs gate. Neverwinter nights. (NWN was a community!) Some of us are from that time, just old DND people scratching that itch.
I’m one of them.
I’m constantly looking for that game format since Mass Effect 1 and Dragon Age Origins.
There’s been what? Greedfall. That’s it.
Which is sad. TV series have knocked movies on their asses as the better media lately because they are now the better story tellers. This format of game tells the best stories.
And yet they’re just not being made.
As much as I’d like this game ASAP, I’m still waiting.
I just read an article about a ballot box being lit on fire in a heavily blue locale. After my initial horror I thought why there as opposed to anywhere else blue? There’s a tight contest for the house rep in that district, a purple district.
It’s better on your mental health, wanting a good escapist game and story, not to have first release bugs interrupting you. Wait for the second patch.
By then, real reviews will make themselves known.
Oh hell no. Not until the first two patches are rolled out.
I always found it easiest to start with the nose and then the eyes. Work out from there.
Rich entitlement. It’s not enough to be comfortable and have the capacity to play for the rest of your life, you have to bulldoze through others because you feel entitled to their stuff too.
Final Fantasy. Flowing dramatic artwork. 18 pixels of character (hyperbole, idk the actual pixel number.)
The kids comment. Have you read about Elon’s dad? The guy apparently groomed his stepsister, the sick fuck.
And Elon echoes the guy with his we’re only on earth to reproduce crap.
It’s fresh, for lack of a better word. Reddit is the same 5 questions on repeat in most subs. There are back corner niche groups that don’t exist here yet, but the main pages are mostly repetitive garbage.
And ten forward!
John Howe and Alan Lee did a lot of the older illustrations of LOTR. Some great stuff. Howe tends to colorful fantasy imagery like the above. Lee tends to fine pencil drawings and watercolors. Lee has a great watercolor of gollum skulking behind Sam and Frodo, and he’s almost indistinguishable from the landscape apart from his awful eyes.
This man likely wants to be president, but cannot, so he’s riding the Trump train instead. As such, I suspect you can find him bending on free speech and leaning into incitement of more Jan 6 treason quite a bit in regards to that personal motive.
Wait. Why does it have ads? Aren’t you paying them for an ad free experience? If not, what’s the point?
Each state has their own little constitution. West coast states have it built in that ballot measures are by the people, for the people, and honored by the state, so The People can fix or add things at the state level. Other states rely entirely on the legislature.
Voting setup and enforcement is a state thing, that in federal elections then gets handed to the fed for certification.
The West coast has it figured out. Though I’m in awe of Australia as well.
How is this downvoted? You saved yourself the pain of shopping/hunting for adequate yet affordable crap and instead created a quality item you actually like.
This is the antithesis of fast fashion.
As someone who is supposed to be there to defend American ideals, shouldn’t he be happy the kids are exercising those ideals and voting? It means he’s doing his job well. And yet this.
Rather worrisome regarding Trumps future use of the military against Americans he doesn’t like. Shows a willing level of aggression there that is disturbing.
