I don’t get it. Just about everyone we know makes it to the Archimedes, whether they got a ticket or not, including all the FUG guys. Some fight, some don’t.
What’s going on? What’s at stake again?
So many isekais have great starts, but fall off execution in the second season. Maybe they run out of ideas, or just had a good concept, but then lacked creativity to keep the plot interesting… So there are a lot of S1’s
Sword Art Online Season 1
Log Horizon Season 1
Level 99 Villainess
Shangri-La Frontier
Rising Of The Shield Hero Season 1
Overlord
The 1986 Fist Of The Northstar animated movie.
Kenshiro gets his girl Julia taken from him, gets beaten up and thrown down a canyon for good measure.
He recovers, fights his way through hordes of mutant bikers, multiple bosses, to a climactic battle against his rival that basically levels the city.
Then wandering through the desert, he suddenly lifts his head up, opens his eyes and remembers “(Oh yeah) Julia…”
I just love the art for her facial expressions, ranging from bishojo heroine
to her inner Yakuza…
Chrome’s greatest weapon is psychological warfare…
Now he’s living rent-free in Berry Blossom’s head…
This bimbo really annoys me, but she’s got murderous tendencies, which makes for a strange mix.
But unless she actually murders people unethically, it won’t hold up.
Does Noel make an unethical decision himself to get his guy? Stay tuned next week…
She did sign a contract, so she should have access to magic powers, but maybe Chrome is waiting for the right moment to push her into the abyss of doing evil organizational evil stuff, like stealing school supplies or something.

I have to say the router trick was creative.
Distracting them with his wild antics, and putting the teams under time pressure might force them to ignore the obvious warning signs that something wasn’t quite right.
I’m surprised that they got every team’s password, but maybe they only needed one member from each team to log into the router.
The animators saved a lot of budget by having Isagi and the 2 other guys talking about last episode’s match for 7 minutes.
A fun match from Reo’s perspective after that.
As I mentioned in this week’s MF Ghost episode thread, we got a new Eurobeat track this episode: Go Wild by Dusty
We got a nice eurobeat track during the lead group battle: Go Wild by Dusty
But the body contact during that was cringe and unsafe. Both of them should have been disqualified.
Nice track knowledge by Katagiri for the overtake, but I disagree that he would have kept the position.
Drifting slows a car down by a lot, and recovering from the drift often results in squirrelly oversteer/understeer and loses even more speed.
The yellow Audi should have taken the position back when the 86 recovered from the drift.
That’s why pro drivers don’t drift in real races.
Honestly, I haven’t read up to this point in ToG. The Workshop-long-arc thing I just picked up from hearsay.
Why is Hero wearing the same armor that he’s been wearing for 500 years?
Goddesses are so inconsiderate…
The sign for “Udon” was clipped to just say “Don”, which is a manga onomatopoeia (word sound) equivalent to “Blam!”
It’s also in hiragana, kind of emphasizing the irony. A manga onomatopoeia would be written in katakana.
Ironic in this shot because they’re having a moment of awkward silence.
Rule 34 incoming…
Demon Lord 2099 is surprisingly good.
Orb has been good too, if somewhat difficult to watch, although not quite as difficult to watch as ReZero. They’re both good though.
Dan Da Dan well deserves first place so far.
Well of course Isagi was going to make the final team…
But aren’t they going to need some substitutes?
Okay, the extra bit was funny…
