Me too. But I still really enjoyed the weirdness of it.

Where did Microsoft or Larian say that was an option? Where did Microsoft say that they would be happy to have features cut from the X to keep parity with the S?
I pointed out how poor a business decision this would be if Microsoft would allow it. It ruins their offering for the Series X. How can it compete with the PS5 if they start allowing developers to drop features from Xbox games? The entire point of the article is that Microsoft has boxed themselves into this corner. And your suggestion isn’t a good solution.
It’s literally in the title…
Microsoft’s Xbox Series S Parity Demands
And in the article…
While there would be some variance in technical capabilities between consoles, feature parity between the two would remain the same. It would remain the same because Microsoft would demand it remain the same, from both its own studios and third parties.
Hey guys, you should get a Series X because BG3 is coming out. Sure it will be missing features that you’ll get on the PS5 like split screen, but you guys understand we need to support the Series S and have parity between our two consoles.
So even though you spent more money on a Series X, that’s capable of running the full game that the PS5 is getting, you should just be happy that you’re getting the game at all. Don’t worry about having paid for a console that’s capable of more.
-Microsoft
Let’s say that’s something Microsoft would even allow, it diminishes the ability to compete with the PS5. Why would I get a Series X if there’s a chance that some big game launches will have less features than other current gen platforms?
Microsoft really hamstrung this generation of consoles by releasing the S and demanding it runs feature parity with the X.
Honestly, he strikes me more like someone whose true passion is comedy, but he’s stuck in a leading man’s body. He seems to have spent a fair bit of time post Mad Men doing plenty of comedic (or less serious) roles or bits. I’m just happy that he’s still getting opportunities and wasn’t so typecast after Mad Men that he wasn’t getting a shot at much else.
I wonder if that comment would be different if the show was Severance instead of Corner Office. Adam Scott is great in that role, but a big part of it’s success is also the team around the show. And that’s not easy to come by.
I loved Sync for Reddit, but let’s not get too carried away. You can’t submit posts yet.
It’s always hard when you leave a game. I left Sekiro for a bit over a month. The only reason I went back to it was because I was waiting for another game to install and thought I’d load it up again. I’m glad I did, because I didn’t drop it after that.
No that’s the first encounter. He’s hard, but it’s just a matter of learning the move set. You can do it!
I spent over an hour on one of the other bosses. I’m not good. I still managed to do it haha.
You can also look up some guides. Not to cheese him, but to help you get a look at the move sets so you aren’t in the thick of it while you’re trying to learn them.
Which Owl? I spent a lot of time on a couple bosses, sometimes it clicks and sometimes it doesn’t. If you keep at it you’ll eventually get into a pattern.
Yeah no worries. Sorry, still getting used to the crosspost stuff, so should have mentioned the Sekiro community.
Oh I already posted on the Sekiro community as well. Was just trying to test out the cross posting feature.
Oh right. I’ve been using Voyager so maybe that feature isn’t there yet. Will give it a shot on the web version.
How do I do that?
It doesn’t help that users might be split across instances. I posted recently over on this instance: !patientgamers@lemmy.ml
I didn’t want to repeat my post and annoy people who might see it two or three times.
It’s a steep learning curve (was for me anyway), but it’s really rewarding when you get it.
Oh I know that feeling. I don’t know if you remember the dragon rot thing that happened if you died too much. Well pretty much every NPC had dragon rot for a long time in my playthrough haha.
I stopped before that point. I think it was around the guardian ape. I had read how the game started to click with people after Genichiro, but that didn’t happen with me, so I thought it never would. It definitely did towards the end game. But hey, it might not be for everyone, and that’s ok too.
But sometimes you might just want to go back to something you upvoted, without needing to save every post or comment just in case.
After watching the movie twice, then reading the book and watching the movie a third time. I now know what’s going on.
