It’s not the end of the world, but you can see it from here.
Nope! Not once since the blackout began.
Taco Bell is the best by far!
The cheesy bean and rice burritos are great, potato soft tacos too.
Any meat can be substituted for beans making it super vegetarian friendly.
It’s not just you, I find dark mode to be uncomfortable most of the time. The big exception is I set my kindle to dark mode for reading in bed without any lights on.
Can you get a video/recording?
There are alternatives to having a lawn. The great people over at nolawns@slrpnk.net can help you.
Personally, I’ve replaced large areas with native plants. They take care of themselves.
Using the same title as a linked article is a good rule. I don’t necessarily believe all submissions should have to be linked to an article though. If someone is at the scene, as it happens, then their first hand account is valuable too.
Going to try to compile a master list. I know I am forgetting some. I am only including things I planted and not natives that volunteer themselves.

I think boost is like a retweet? I’ll look around to see if anyone ever explained it all.
I would prefer a platform without karma or reputation. The way reputation works on Kbin isn’t great anyway. Downvotes lower it but upvotes don’t raise it. My rep is low because most people don’t boost.
A karma/rep system can disincentivize participation as well. I don’t think it’s necessary to keep trolls at bay.
Of course not. No consequences for the billionaires. Instead, we will pay.
Then we eat them, yes?
My money’s on The Zuck.
My county metroparks is pushing native plants pretty hard. It’s awesome 😎
If you have something to contribute, it is never too late. This isn’t like forums where you “necro” a post.
I upvote posts that are interesting usually. A higher score means more people may see it.
I usually upvote most people that reply to my comments even if I don’t agree with them. It’s my way of showing appreciation for the time they took to engage with me.
I don’t like to down vote. In my opinion it shouldn’t be used as a disagreement button. More for people who are needlessly rude.
I don’t like that they don’t include the scientific name. Common names can be all over the place but the scientific name is absolute.
For my Ohio friends, OPN seed is a pretty good resource.
Your first 3 points, I can agree with. We will have to agree to disagree on the last one.
I’m a woman who just wanted to be strong and I found that hiring a personal trainer was best for me. Not only do they tell you what to do but they walk you through the exercises. Having good form is really important.
