I’ve only seen it on some “insider” builds for Windows 11, so unless it was pushed publicly in the past few days you shouldn’t see it.
This post’s title is misleading anyway. It’s not enabled by default, and only sends URLs of “large images” that don’t require any form of authentication. Kind of. Right stick up and down zooms in and out the camera, like the N64’s C-up and C-down. Right stick left and right rotates left and right as usual.
