Oh my god I think I would vomit
I miss when PCs looked like this
Something’s weird with this; I have heard absolutely nothing about this. Surely this is botted? Social media platforms don’t take off like this. Regardless of if its legit or not; who is funding this? No social media platform ever makes a profit.
You are grouping all indigenous people together by saying “denying the existence of issues they care about and talking over them” I emplore you, who is “they”? Are you implying that all native Americans hold the same beliefs? That they are the same people? I also never claimed to represent native Americans. I would never speak for a culture or peoples I don’t belong to.
“Cultural apropration” is a nothing burger championed by people who often have no ties to the culture that they claim needs their protecting. A white man speaking for indigenous american culture does not give indigenous americans more of a voice, it takes their voice away by revoking their ability to speak for themselves.
I don’t care enough about the subject to actually look into this, but the title reads like astroturfing.
Do yk the difference between a garbanzo bean and a chickpea? I wouldn’t let a garbanzo bean on my face
(In a study of ~20 people)
Oh my god dude i forgot about ball mice. I don’t know how I let that slip my mind wth
God I love Lemmy for shit like this. Its honestly reminiscent of the old internet with how off the cuff but not brainrot things can be
We are not in China, are we? The (american) government should NOT have control over what information its citizens have access to. We should not strive to be like China in this regard.
Love the headline lol
Booo, misinformation. I legit thought I was just getting old for a sec but fo4 is like 8 years old. Although that does still hurt to think about.
Yeah no I see that. God forbid you be wrong, right?
You are reducing my point of “cultures inheritely demand respect for its generational perseverance” down to “I am right” You either can’t think of a valid argument against my point, or you somehow gained enough compassion to not want to argue that other people’s culture is not inheritely respectable.
I’m not religious, I just have basic fucking empathy. Great strawman BTW.
The culture of other people, and by proxy their religion, does deserve respect. We are talking about tradition that has been passed from generation upon generation. This inheritely demands respect, assuming your not a redditor who sees themselves as above everyone else.
I have a second drive in my system with Windows on it so I can use paint.net
