I did not play EA, and overall I am enjoying it. The issues I have are the random mechanics that are thrown in as one time things like chase scenes and a stealth sections. Those are plain not fun, and could have been something else entirely.

The portrayal of the Sea People seems very Chinese caricature at a few points. Plus the quests they give are kind of not fun. I could do without them altogether honestly.
I had a car with a removable sunroof. In the summer my friends and I would drive around throwing water balloons at passing cars. I am super surprised we never caused an accident. The only time we ever almost saw consequences was hitting someone in a convertable and then chasing us. Never caught us though.
Honorable mention was not something I did. My friends and I were skating in a city park after dark, and the cops saw us. My friend decided to run, while the rest of walked back to another friend’s car. Since my friend ran, they searched the car. They managed to not find the .22 in the trunk because the owner of the car did not keep it any kind of tidy.
It seems to me the main difficulty here is that the police, as an organization in the United States, has been by and large co-opted by racists and authoritarians.

It is going to take a lot to deal with the corruption. The only way to get started is to actually do something instead of the lip service we’ve seen.
