I feel for Dew here and I hope he picks up another coaching role down the track, if that’s what he wants to do. From the club perspective it just seems like someone else is needed to take them to the next level. The list is good enough and they show glimpses. But they just can’t put it together when it counts.

As a Geelong fan I’ve tried to get on board with Ratugolea as I see the potential. Love how he hits a packs hard and the change to defence has been a good one. But he’s heavy on the unforced errors. I don’t trust him by foot under pressure. So I’d rather see who we could pick up for him in an exchange
