Crossover and Wine are the OG compatibility layers for Windows gameplay on Linux, and while I can’t vouch for either one now, as Wine is the only one I used–back in the days of the original Unreal, I can say now that Steam’s Proton is fairly straightforward and simple. Pretty much, unless it has some sort of anti-cheat malware, like BattleEye, everything “just works.” … and usually, if the game employs anti-cheat, and they catch you playing (fairly) on Linux, you’re usually banned.
You mean 14 year-long user of Fisher Price products? :3
I feel like they missed a perfect opportunity, though it may just be the most 2000s thing ever.

I usually find the app and the web site are usually essentially the same on most platforms, plus most apps are designed for data farming, so to me, most apps are moot in function, and nothing but a security hole. You’re going to have to do better than just not interrupting me as I come in to announce your app to get me to use it.
Although I am a bit annoyed at this whole stink related to the Reddit API, I am also wondering if the website itself will also break on July 1. I’m guessing for now that it will keep working, but I guess if it stops, I’ll have to send a dirty letter to them to delete my account.
I would say the best thing is to find a way to hijack the link to your community to bring people here, and have their accounts there work seamlessly here. I bet that’s impossible, so I guess it’s time to scale back the ambitions of the community, linking to a “better” version here.
Good luck with that, though. If this is America, and I think it is, we find ways of making a good public transit system suck. I also think we need to take a hard look at how our towns and cities are desined as well, and make them to where they’re optimized to be able to drive into a central location then bicycle or hoof it to whrever you wanted to go within a couple miles.
I haven’t gotten Genshin to work on Linux, though it may be because I just made a passing attempt, expecting a ban. Then again, I only play it once a blue moon anyway.
