Feels like the 4.0 version has been in alpha/beta for years now? I thought they abandoned the idea.

I do the same. I don’t care if there is an algorithm or not, I don’t care if you get 0,00001% more money. The end doesn’t justify the means. I am on a personal vendetta, every time I am on YT and I see a thumbnail like that or one with clickbait text or arrows. It’s instant don’t recommend channel. I don’t care if I am subbed to that channel or not. Stop finding excuses, we need a gram of human decency, stop whoring yourself like that
Disappointed that it’s only one arrow! I do appreciate the red circle. Also needs a bit more clickbait title in the thumbnail.
Well they should have fined Facebook for the Cambridge Analytica scandal, a couple of trillions. That would have taught a lot of companies about ethics how to not lose all your money.
Reading the comments from that article is a prime example of how a cult functions.
In reality this will have a 0,002% impact. Most phone users are tech-illiterate and have no idea how to use their devices. You expect these people to go to a different store? On Android you can have other app stores, why don’t you have? Because Play Store is default and all app developers want to be where most users are, not on a 3-4% user share store.
It will most likely be background noise in the first months and everyone will go back to the App Store. The only people that will use an alternate store will most likely be the same ones that use F-droid, so 0,002% of the users.
But hey, it’s better to scream how this whole thing is making their devices less secure, because Apple told them so.
I’ll never run
I swear they are using the same *Soon TM as Valve is using with Half-Life 3
I always install Linux, 1-2 times per year but in the end I always go back to Windows. I have apps which are Windows only but whenever I want to change display scaling to 125% on Linux, is when I slowly start losing interest in it.
On both.
Exactly so let’s say in the future you get a 3d model from an AI. You put a human to work on it 2-3 hours, change some things around and then you can copyright it.
I haven’t done that, went with the nuclear option and wiped Debian :).
Thanks for your reply, could have done that. I switched back to Opensuse because it worked before and works now. Will keep in mind if I ever install Debian again.
All good, thanks for the reply
Actually It’s a good point, yes it was enabled. It worked a few hours before on Leap 15.3. So far it works only on Opensuse, that’s why I wondered why.
I haven’t, wouldn’t that be if I wanted to wake it via the network? On Debian and other distros when I pressed keys on the keyboard, it tried to wake from sleep but it didn’t actually turn on or had any image.
I have been looking at it since I am fed up with Fire TV. Can you install it on any Linux distro? I thought it was for raspberry pi. I have an Intel Nuc running Opensuse
I am my own admin, running my small business so I am user/admin/spam receiver :). I might stick with Outlook for business for the moment. Don’t want to mess around. For private use, Thunderbird is chef’s kiss .
Can you elaborate more on the add-on, what’s it called? I just started using Thunderbird again but at the moment only for my personal addresses.
It’s not really like that, if it’s toxic, advertisers don’t want to associate their brand with it. Look at how many videos on youtube got demonetized.
Yeah but Brave? Why not Firefox or Vivaldi.
