I’m guessing B will happen first, just because we have so much more control of the environment, but we’re still so far away from either one… Maybe I’ll get to see the early stages sometime in my life.

AI is really good as a starting point for literally any document, report, or email that you have to write. Put in as detailed of a prompt as you can, describing content, style, and length and cut out 2/3 or more of your work. You’ll need to edit it - somewhat heavily, probably - but it gives you the structure and baseline.
They are free to use whatever license they want, but I am similarly free to avoid using software under non-FOSS licenses.

The housing crisis has literally nothing to do with families owning a single home. There is far more than enough housing for everyone in the country. We need to outlaw AirBnB everywhere, and outlaw corporate ownership of residences.
I don’t even care about the people who have multiple homes, they’re just small fries in comparison. We can do them after the corporations all switch to that business model.

Sounds like just a weird way to bread something 🤷♂️ normally you’d take something like a cutlet, dip it in an egg mixture, then dip that in some sort of breading (flour, crumbs, etc.).
You’ve combined it all into a single step, which is probably fine, overall? I’d guess it gets a little less crispy due to total submersion (and wait time) of the breading
