uBlock on Firefox mobile has been out for a while now
Its like email. Gmail and yahoo mail talk to each other but have separate account databases and administrators. Both of these are general purpose instances so there isnt much difference. I think lemmy.ml is a little more left wing in its moderation.

Im not very familiar with Opera but do you have the “Allow Acceptable Ads™” setting still on?
Edit: I just used an ad block testing site with Allow Acceptable Ads turned off and tracker blocking and the score it got is about the same as firefox mobile with ublock
