I do /volumX for additional hard drives.
For most network share I use /mnt/$server.

I do love a good swordfight.
If the flange is not collapseble it can’t be used in sink.
The Sink plunger is more versetile.
Love it!!
Is a problem that LFC is used? As it only duplicate frames.
When the framerate drops below the minimum refresh rate of the display, frames are duplicated and displayed multiple times so that they can sync to a refresh rate that is within the displays refresh rate range. For example, a display with a 60 – 144Hz refresh rate, would be able to sync the frames of a game running at 40 FPS, by doubling them so that the display could sync and run at 80 Hz. A display with LFC effectively results in the removal of the minimum refresh rate boundary.

For me I found that I need summer levels of vitamin D, so when for September to April take 40000 IU per day. For me I took 2-3 months to get out of power saving mode. In the summer I try to be a long as I can sun without getting sunburn without sunscreen, midday.
Then I do intermittent fasting only eating dinner.
This has led me to losing 250g per day.
I use Google chromecast for this.
There soundbars with chromecast support.
It is not 1000 it 10000.
You can try with setting g+w on pve.
I can’t say I share that experience. By biggest problem with player is lake of chromecast on IOS and half balled chromecast on Android (lake of volume level, default 10% volum, doesn’t see my speaker pair, doesn’t always discover chromecast devices).
I have not heard of Prologue and it support for Audiobookshelf (ABS).
Why would one choice Prologue over the ABS app?
We have a dedicated short rest room. But I have also done it common area or at my desk.
I wear my good friend, noice canceling headphones.
I can understand that you don’t feel safe/comfortable. How do you get comfortable with something new if you don’t try?

Paul from Autisme from the inside, recommended that one think about recovery from mental exhaustion as work.
Autisme from the inside: The burnout trap
So have started think 15 mental break/ 45min work. With meditation or non sleep deep rest. Sometime I do 90min or more but take equivalent longer break.
Dr Andrew Huberman
After the 90-minute interval, take a 30-minute break. Use this time to relax, recharge, and step away from your work. This break allows your brain to reset and prepares you for the next focused session. After the break, return to another 90-minute focused session

I also noticed that if my Vitamin D level is low it take a lot longer to recover. For non summertime I do 40000IU/day. Summer i do 10000IU/day + as much midday sun without sunscreen I can get.

Thank you.
Draw us a topology drawing. Please.
Agreed the PCI layout is bad. My problem is the x16 slot.
I would prefer 8 slots/onboard with PCIe5 x2 from CPU. From the chipset 2 slots of PCIe4 x2. This would probably adequate IO. Aiming for 2x25 Gbits performance.
Depending on the price I would like to use to replace my Synology, I will strip os and run standard Debian.
Sadly is very hard to repurpose an Synology.
