Just do what I did in school and put an earphone down your sleeve. Rest head on hand. Listen to music. It’s not difficult, I got away with it in exams ffs (I dont recommend that last bit btw, that was young stupidity in hindsight)

Just remember what hr stands for. You are a resource. No more than a stapler, that can be replaced at any time
I tried playing bg 1 and 2 about 10 years ago. I put about 40 hours in between them and enjoyed it, but I found it tough going. I’ve found bg3 way easier to get into and have already far surpassed the hours I put into the original games. On top of what I’ve already mentioned, the change to fully turn based is a huge improvement on that weird pausable real time used in the previous games
I think bg3 is also a lot easier to get into than dos 1 and 2. Having actual cut scenes and voice acting for everything goes a long way in making the game immersive. I also feel its easier to get into the combat (though that may just be me having got used to dos beforehand)
You can buy earplugs made specifically for this purpose that stick out less so you can lie down
I’m in exactly the same position. Can’t see me ever finishing it now sadly, but what an experience!
Personally, my least favourite gta. Liked the writing and the characters, but for me, it just didn’t feel fun to play. A good example of this being the driving. Sure, it was more realistic, but it wasn’t enjoyable
Easily Spirit Island. Huge replayability, a wide range of difficulties, and impossible to quarterback for mortals
Thank you, I needed this! Now I need to get these set up
Amazing news, I’ve wanted this one for years!
Interesting, I have the complete opposite opinion; it’s most strategic at 2, and least strategic at 4. Reason being, at 2, you have a better chance of predicting what the other player will do and can more effectively draft around their likely move/hate draft to screw them over. The ability to do this reduces with more players.
As such, 4 is my least preferred player count as it feels too random, 2 is the most strategic, and 3 is a good balance between the two
