I don’t know which jobs you’re looking at, but the thing is that many jobs require problem solving skills. And it seems you have none. Sadly, it’s completely up to you to acquire them.
You should look at yourself and try to understand why no one wants to hire you.

I agree. Source code is not needed at all, especially for a game like GTA V with a very active modding community. People have added new textures, ray tracing and even made new games with new campaigns without any source code. Releasing the source even officially won’t change or improve anything.
Linus is not an asshole, he’s just right and tells his opinions straight without playing games. That’s called honesty.
The problem with XL is that it has way too many features. HDR, for example. Firefox doesn’t support HDR at all, Chrome added HDR image (not video) support just late last year. And that’s just one feature of XL… Even if both Google and Mozilla will start actively working on support we won’t see anything useful for a few years. And then how do you even create images in the first place?
