I can access other forums on lemmy.dbzer0 with Sync, and I can access !piracy from a web browser and other apps so I know the community isn’t banned. Seems like Sync can’t connect to !piracy specifically.
Is this intentional? Is anyone else having this issue?
Edit: Nevermind, I forgot the smooth-brained lemmy.world admins blocked this community. Time to make another account haha
Which goes to show that there is a huge chilling effect when it comes to our legal system.
But in the case of lemmy and the fediverse, the old adage applies: The fediverse sees censorship as damage and routes around it.
