There aren’t just two sides to the conflict. There are at least four. Israel does not represent its people and Hamas does not represent Palestinians.
A statement in support of Palestinians shouldn’t be offensive unless you hate Muslims for being Muslim or do not understand the conflict.

But if I dislike them for killing lgbt members?
I guess that’d be a separate issue from the conflict? 🤷
So you wouldn’t find anything offensive with “Solidarity with Israel”, “Solidarity with Russia”, or “Solidarity with Afghanistan” since their governments do not represent their people?
Those are not equivalent examples. Israel is the name of both the country and the culpable. All of Palestine is not responsible for terrorists while Israel and Russia are the direct responsible parties.
If someone wants to properly specify they support Israelis or the Russian people, they better specify it to distinguish from the actual culpable governments in those cases.

This is the best summary I could come up with:
Starbucks and the union organizing its workers sued each other Wednesday in a standoff sparked by a social media post over the Israel-Hamas war.
Starbucks sued Workers United in federal court in Iowa Wednesday, saying a pro-Palestinian social media post from a union account early in the Israel-Hamas war angered hundreds of customers and damaged its reputation.
Workers United responded with its own filing, asking a federal court in Pennsylvania to rule that it can continue to use Starbucks’ name and a similar logo.
On Oct. 9, two days after Hamas militants rampaged across communities in southern Israel, Starbucks Workers United posted “Solidarity with Palestine!” on X, formerly known as Twitter.
But posts and retweets from local Starbucks Workers United branches supporting Palestinians and condemning Israel were still visible on X Wednesday.
But its parent, the SEIU, said Tuesday that it has many members with family on both sides of the conflict and believes “all Israelis and Palestinians deserve safety, freedom from violence, and the opportunity to thrive.”

That sounds like a SLAPP suit. I really wish those came with prison time, when thrown out by a judge.
