You can search vndb using the blood-related incest tag.
You can also click “spoil me” to show the titles where either the incest or the fact they’re blood related is a big reveal or something (those are hidden by default).
My personal recommendation would be the 9-nine series – mostly because of how funny the brother-sister scenes were and how natural their relationship felt. It’s on steam and there are 4 episodes, but the incest route only happens in the second one. If you do end up buying it through steam, make sure to grab the free 18+ patch at denpasoft as well.

I (used to) follow VNs as close as an average weeb follows anime so I guess you can say I’m into this stuff.
Wagamama High Spec was my favorite for a while, then I read Hamidashi Creative which is certified kamige. Lamunation and Sankaku Ren’ai were both humorous though not as romantic, if you’re looking for English translated titles.
