That’s not true. It’s been open to anyone who requests it for many months
As far as I know you still have to fulfill some parameters. Also, it asks you to never distract from what the car is doing.

Yes I was unaware they had opened it up. Still, there’s terms of service, there’s naming of the product so people should always do their research.
