What the fuck did you just fucking type about me, you little bitch? I’ll have you know I graduated top of my class at MIT, and I’ve been involved in numerous secret raids with Anonymous, and I have over 300 confirmed DDoSes. I am trained in online trolling and I’m the top hacker in the entire world. You are nothing to me but just another virus host. I will wipe you the fuck out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on the Internet, mark my fucking words. You think you can get away with typing that shit to me over the Internet? Think again, fucker. As we chat over Lemmy I am tracing your IP with my damn bare hands so you better prepare for the storm, maggot. The storm that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your computer. You’re fucking dead, kid. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can hack into your files in over seven hundred ways, and that’s just with my bare hands. Not only am I extensively trained in hacking, but I have access to the entire arsenal of every piece of malware ever created and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your miserable ass off the face of the world wide web, you little shit. If only you could have known what unholy retribution your little “clever” comment was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your fucking fingers. But you couldn’t, you didn’t, and now you’re paying the price, you goddamn idiot. I will shit code all over you and you will drown in it. You’re fucking dead, kiddo.
Happy for you, or sorry that it happened
It’s just the classic Navy Seal copypasta with a few modern tech edits. Nice to see they included Lemmy in this version

Hold the phone, folks! Looks like we’ve got the ultimate keyboard commando here, armed with a degree in “Top-Secret Internet Intimidation” from the School of Pixelated Bravado. I’m genuinely in awe of your prowess in DDoS dance moves and your extensive hacking resume. Did you know they teach “Tracing IPs with Bare Hands 101” there? I’m not sure if it’s more impressive or terrifying.
You know, there’s something oddly inspiring about your passionate monologue of digital doom. It’s like watching a master chef prepare a soufflé with a flamethrower – unconventional, but you can’t help but admire the dedication.
I can’t help but wonder, in the heat of your impending online apocalypse, do you plan to unleash an army of malware minions or just summon the mighty Blue Screen of Death? Your commitment to imaginative chaos is truly commendable.
However, might I suggest we channel this creative energy into a friendlier arena? Let’s conquer the digital world with laughter instead of threats. After all, the pixels we share today might just be the start of a legendary meme saga. Keep typing, intrepid warrior!
Ps: made with ChatGPD was to lazy to write something by myself :p
People are more likely to comment when they disagree, since agreement just ends up sounding like “me too!”
But I find people on the fediverse are a lot nicer
People are more likely to comment when they disagree
Never realized that. Good point!
Wait a second here.

Piped is a privacy-respecting open-source alternative frontend to YouTube.
I’m open-source, check me out at GitHub.
I end up not commenting because I try to proofread and while doing it I notice I don’t care enough about whatever or my comment doesn’t really matter and just cancel de comment.
I do that a lot when Im about to make a dumb joke reply. Halfway through correcting all the mistakes I thankfully realized it’s just not worth it.
Kinda feel bad for people when a joke I’ve made makes it to being posted.
It’s kinda like when you filter reviews and everything is either 5 stars or 1 stars. Most people will only comment if they feel strongly about something and unfortunately we live in an outrage culture, so the majority of interactions will be negative. Very rarely will someone put the effort to reply to something they feel ambivalent towards
I’ve noticed that. Everything’s become so black-and-white and lacking in nuance that people feel like they absolutely must fit into one box or the other. ugh
Definitely.
On reddit I have observed my faith in the intentions of the person on the receiving end waning over the last years bc of that.
I have been surprised at the good faith people reacted to my comments with, I haven’t yet gotten to the reddit poison fully out of my system.
we’re in a golden age before corporations, bots, and racist dumbasses come, we’re not popular enough to attract people so the only ones here are foss enthusiasts and i know this is elitist but theres definitely a correlation between that and not being a weirdo jackass. once this gets more popular get ready for the shit hurdling and over moderation again. sorry to burst your bubble. i love this community
Yeah, me too!
Nah this place is WAY more chill than reddit.
Mention Sync, just for fun
Sync is great!
- Sent from my Sync app
I concur. Sync has been amazing to use.
How dare you?? 😡🤬😡🤬
What the fuck did you just say about Sync for Lemmy, you little casual? I’ll have you know it’s not FOSS, and it has options for paying for a subscription!
I’ve been trained in open-source warfare and have over 300 confirmed commits on GitHub. You think your proprietary software can stand a chance against the might of the FOSS community? Think again, scrub.
While you were wasting time on paid subscriptions, we studied the art of collaboration and freedom. We know every line of code in the Linux kernel and can fork repositories with pinpoint accuracy. Your closed-source tactics won’t work here.
You call it a “premium feature”? Ha! We see through your money-grubbing schemes. In the realm of open-source, the true premium is transparency and accessibility for all.
So, take your subscription nonsense and run back to your proprietary lair. The FOSS community will continue to thrive and grow, empowering users worldwide with the power of choice and knowledge.
we’re in a golden age, dont get used to it honestly
The content you searched on Reddit is prohibited in 33 galaxies then.

Don’t know, I had some good and productive discussion here.
Yeah, and don’t get me wrong, the majority of users I have engaged with here have been lovely. But occasionally you’ll get the post with hundreds of upvotes, with maybe one downvote, but the comment section makes it feel like they’re trying to set the place on fire.
It probably has more to do with the fact that there are far less of us than redditors, and comments are weighted differently from reddit.
No you haven’t
I fuckin love arguing! 😍
Well I like arguing MORE than you!
Dammit, I argue more than you!
I eat arguments like your FOR BREAKFAST!
*you
Since you made a typo I win 😏
I sea what u did their! and eye do knot admit de feet!
Oh you have opinions? Name every CIA asset on lemmy.
The only CIA asset that I know is YOU!
They DO seem obsessed with hating ML and ridiculing the idea anyone could be CIA
Hmm…
The real CIA assets were the friends we made along the way. 🙃
Damn, the CIA fell off
Truly feels like home seeing a bunch of people pointlessly arguing about something they’ll both forget in an hour
Am I the only one who argues for a few days and then takes weeks to consider the relevant points? (I argue about politics a lot)
I like to try to remember I don’t need to have an opinion about everything I stumble across.
Ope, there I go opining again.
I may not have strong opinions but I make a lot of observations.
Posts lighthearted joke
Replies: Are you saying you kill puppies?
Bet this mouth-breathing shill didn’t even post the meme from a FOSS app. Despicable.
I bet he uses Windows too 🙄

I prefer the term lemmitard thanks
I’ve been using ‘lemmy users’ but to save time i just use ‘lusers’. Gets confusing with linux users but you already know if they use linux. I use arch btw.
Goddamn lemmers
WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!? I’M NOT SHOUTING, YOU’RE SHOUTING!!!
YOU CALL THAT A SHOUTING?
This is how the Internet has always been, and it shall be how the Internet continues on.
Why didn’t you post this to c/BikiniBottomTwitter?
You’re letting u/spez win!!
The proper thing to do to keep spez from winning is properly link to this community. In the format !memes@lemmy.ml
This way we know which server the community is on
Thank you! Been here a month and a half and I still had no clue how to link communities lol
Lemmings when posting a post:
Hey guys, would you like to hear about how the only good political system is the one where you seize power and suppress all dissent with ruthless violence? If you disagree with any of this you are obviously a CIA shill.
