Hey it happens, I think our senses are more heightened when we are alone and it’s just us in a quiet house. I suggest maybe investing in a couple of security cameras for outside. Might not make the fear fully go away but it’s a peace of mind knowing you can always check.
Nah I won’t spy on my neighbours, and I live in an apartment complex. Cameras make people even more paranoid from what I’ve seen, and I’m kinda glad that my country has strict rules on them so they’re not everywhere (yet).
