Yep, it counts!
I was thinking of Our Life and What in Hell is Bad when I was allowing games where you could be something other than a woman, so long as a woman was an option. I would not want them excluded. Nothing in the game’s pages vibe check as “doesn’t fit this but technically fits the rules” 😊 I have those rules because most things that can pass the vibe check also pass those rules, and this game passes the vibe check!
I have to go find BlerdyOtome’s Fediverse posts and set up a post to promote her tomorrow 🙂 so glad more otome fans are coming over!
@Elevator7009sAlt Her actual fedi-account is inactive but she’s sharing her blog posts automatically via webmentions at @/blerdyotome.com@web.brid.gy
I also found she is on Threads when trying to find her on the Fediverse before I saw your comment. ani.social is defederated from Threads, but for sake of completeness I figured I’d mention that. Wondering if she’d move to Mastodon 🤔 Will try to figure out the web.brid.gy thing soon, it is not playing nice with me on mobile at the moment. Thank you!
And since you and some otome creators are on Mastodon… wonder if I should finally suck it up and make one if that’s where all the otome people are, if I really want to help otome break up from Reddit. I have got nothing against them, but I do face server choice paralysis and a preference for forum-style discussion.
And now with that analogy I just made I am imagining a cracky stupid otome with MC as an innocent social media user and a bunch of websites or social media as her LIs…
