Long story short, changing nutrient lines and Advanced Nutrients took the W.
So my question would be, how much of the Master line do you guys use, my other line was a three part with four supplemental nutrients, but I had also added on an innoculant as well.
I know I don’t need the entire line, and I will find the “1:1” replacements for what I have, but if people’s gotten results with the additional Tarantula and Piranha for example would love to hear some info.
Cheers growmies!
I don’t really feel buying more nutes is the answer, your pics look pretty crispy in general (ie too many / too strong nutrients, and/or too hot/dry in the tent). I feel as long as you’re getting an appropriate NPK in various phases of growth, supplementing with calmag if necessary (ie when using RO water) and getting good microbial life in your growth substrate with some occasional bacterial/fungal probiotic supplementation along with blackstrap molasses to feed them is really all you need.
It’s been a while, but I had banging results in coco coir with only base NPK salt nutes, getting 1/4 lb per plant, for a total of 3/4 lb every 4 months in a 4x2 tent with a 320w HLG LED array was my usual cycle.
Most nutrient lines are overpriced and unnecessary IMO, getting training, pH, and environmental conditions (especially vapor pressure differential) is where it’s at. Most people don’t need more nutes.
Yep, lights too strong and I had nutrient reservoir issues from health, nothing to do with the nutrients itself, but of course people have their uneducated opinions. I also wanted to avoid talking about this, hence the long story short, not important to my questions.
Blackstrap doesn’t work in hydro very well, especially aeroponics, and for what it’s worth, two of those are two of my supplement I currently use, just under different names.
350gs in a 4x2 with 320w isn’t anything to write home about, with coco you should be easily getting 1.5x your wattage. I got over about 600g from my 2 ladies in the 3x3 with 500w light at about 66% (cooked them as an experiment too) last grow. So yeah the extra nutrients do help actually.
Not what I asked, and that just doesn’t work with my way of life, but thanks for not answering my questions.
Have fun with your consistently overcooked plants in all your late flower pics, and wasting money on bottled nutes. No need to be so hostile. Fuck off with calling me uneducated.
Get your environment under control and you’ll have significantly better results than buying more nutrients. That’s not where your plants are lacking.
I said you were uneducated about my situation, and it’s irrelevant to the post and questions.
1 pound is 450g, you said 3/4 of a pound, which is .340g.
Yes I’m experimenting and trying to dial in my new light and homemade aeroponics system, what’s wrong with that? Cant get better unless you push and experiment, hence my results being double yours with less plants maybe?
