It kind of puts things into perspective when you realize that Ronald Reagan withheld munitions to strong arm the Israeli regime into stopping their bombing of Lebanon. Biden is to the right of Reagan here, that’s how far the Overton window has been moved and why Biden is struggling to get the Democratic base to vote for him even against a convicted felon; he’s not a Democrat in any meaningful sense of the word.

He specifically withheld an order of cluster munitions over concerns the Israelis were using them improperly, well after the invasion was underway.

Not too different from Biden withholding the bomb shipments over Rafah.

“We think there ought to be a diplomatic resolution to the conflict across the Israel-Lebanon border that is keeping tens of thousands of families on each side of the border from returning to their homes,” Matthew Miller, the State Department spokesperson, told reporters Monday.

Then maybe you should…talk to them?

Representative of government currently separating tens of thousands of families at US border thinks we should talk about all this awful family separation somewhere else, definitely isn’t just scared of being militarily embarrassed by Hezbollah
